NDE Engages 50 Unemployed Graduates On Attachment Programme

The National Directorate of Employment (NDE) has engaged another batch of 50 unemployed graduates under her ‘Graduate attachment programme in kogi state.

The successful participants who were selected across the 3 senatorial districts of kogi state were deployed to various corporate organisations and agencies for  3 months attachment programme during which they will be paid monthly stipends.

Speaking at the orientation programme, the kogi state coordinator of NDE, Mallam Zakari Abubakar ,enjoined them to put in their best in service and to be of good behaviour through out their short duration as their attitude may endear them for a permanent job by the host agancies.

In his key note address, the DIrector- General of NDE, Dr Nasiru Mohammed Argungu Ladan,who was represented by pastor Phillip Momoh said that he is committed to creating jobs for the teaming youths in fulfilment of the mandate of NDE and desire of President Mohammadu Buhari.

Responding, one of the participants, Gbamis Oluwatobi Solomon thanked the management of NDE and the Federal Government in particular for giving them the oportunity to practice what they have learnt in school.
