Police Brutality: How Police Killed an Old Man in Karmo, Abuja[Video]

Men of the Nigerian Police has killed an old man in the Karmo area, Abuja on sunday. The man according to eye-witness report, was coming from where he went to put in order his shop before the unfortunate incidence happened. adsbygoogle || []).push({});

Eye witness report said that, “His name is Papa Solomon Eze, he sales second hand traveling bags at ereke junction in Karmo Abuja.

“On Sunday 10th may 2020 about 6pm, he went to repair his batcher shop that was pulled up wind. 

“On his way back home he saw police officers in mufti claimed to be SARS, they were arresting randomly claiming they were looking for some criminals, this was just happening near the Papa’s house, in that operation they arrested one Monday chukwu whom the Papa knows very well, in effort to know his crime and other criminals they are looking for one of the police officers in a waiting vehicle parked near by came out and pulled his gun(AK 47) and shot the Papa directly to his eyes the bullet scattered both his brain and eyes and he failed down and died Instantly.

“The happy trigger police officer entered the vehicle and zoom off, with those they arrested. At life camp junction by airport road they stopped the young man (Monday) and collected#15,500 from him and release him. Karmo police station DPO and his team came and carried the slain Papa to the mortuary.

At the FCT police command, the CP Bala ciroma said that the happy trigger officer has been arrested and that he will face orderly room trial once investigation is concluded.

“He promised that Justice will be served in transparent. He further ask us to excuse him as wants to have meeting with the family of the slain Papa.
That we can do interventions if they fail to do the right thing.
