A consultant maxillofacial surgeon, Dr Seidu Bello, has charged the priviledged member of the society to always give back to the society that make them.
While interacting with journalists in Abuja, the Director/founder, Cleft and facial Deformity Foundation, a non-governmental organisation appealed to the more privileged, to give back to the society to help people live a better life.
He said his NGO that was established in 2011, is giving back to the society by dealing with under-priviledged patients with facial diseases like: facial cleft, facial tumour and other facial diseases.
According to him, the NGO was established because of his passion to help people with facial Deformity.
They had enjoyed support from TY Danjuma Foundation and Smile train. that enable people with facial deformity to be treated, the doctor also revealed.
Dr. Seidu hence lamented that people are suffering from different kind of diseases as a result of ignorant, poverty and lack of access to good health insurance.
He however said that his foundation will be focused and continue to be extending his helping hand to people with facial deformities.
