Ododo’s Aide Calls On Youths To Identify Opportunities For Economic, Personal Growth

The Chairman Kogi State forum of Senior Special Assistants to Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo (KSFSSA), Hon. Dr Joseph BestvOmeiza has called on the Youths to be proactive in identifying practical opportunities that will enhance their economic and personal growth in the society

js"> Omeiza who made the call during the Empowerment Outreach and Youth Stakeholders Meeting held at the Palace of H R H, the Ohi of Okene stressed the need for the youths to be proactive in their quest to foster development in their community.

He described the pivotal Empowerment Outreach and Youth Stakeholders Meeting as a platform driven by purpose and made possible through the visionary leadership of Ambassador Hamzat Lawal.

The chairman pointed out that “the initiative speaks volumes about our shared commitment to youth development, inclusive growth, and sustainable community empowerment.”

“It presents us with a vital opportunity to engage, reflect, and mobilize ourselves toward building a future where every young person is equipped, included, and inspired.”

*Our objectives is foster meaningful collaboration among youth leaders and stakeholders and most importantly, to empower our youth to lead with innovation, resilience, and impacts.”

“As part of the outreach programme, special attention is being given to a vital component of youth and gender empowerment—menstrual hygiene support through Sanitary Pad Empowerment. This focus is not only timely but transformative.” He said.

He therefore enjoined youths and stakeholders to contribute meaningfully. “Let us bring our voices, our ideas, and our resolve. Our diversity is our strength, and our unity is our power. Together, we can move from conversation to collective transformation.”

Dr. Omeiza commended the Executive Officer Connected Development Code, Ambassador Hamsat Lawal for bringing this lofty vision home.

In his remarks, the Ohi of Okene, HRH, Isah Okatahi Mamman appreciated the zeal and determination of the youths and stakeholders towards the maintenance of peace in the central senatorial district of Kogi state.
